NABS Mentoring Program

Anima Co., in partnership with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, is delighted to invite people to express their interest in the Northern Australia Biosecurity Strategy (NABS) mentoring program for 2026! The intent of the program is to support participants to progress their careers, navigate challenging situations, hone existing knowledge, and learn and develop new skills.

The program is open to individuals of any age, gender, cultural group, background, socio-economic status, job level, ability, or region of Australia. Those in regional and remote areas are encouraged to apply.

The program will commence in July 2026 and conclude in December 2026. During the program, the mentoring pairs will meet a minimum of six times over the 6-month period. It is anticipated that the meetings will be held virtually; however, for those located in the same town/region, there may be opportunity for face-to-face meetings as well.
