About our speaker

 Nathan Hancock is the Chief Executive Officer of Citrus Australia, the national peak industry body representing Australia’s citrus growers, packers and marketers. He is responsible for the organisation’s strategic direction, with a focus on market access, biosecurity, industry development and government engagement.

Nathan has extensive experience in agricultural policy and industry representation. He works closely with government, research organisations and industry stakeholders to support market growth, manage biosecurity risks and advocate for the long-term interests of the citrus industry.

In addition to his role at Citrus Australia, Nathan holds a number of industry leadership positions, including President of the Southern Hemisphere Fruit Alliance (SFA), Chair of the Plant Health Australia Plant Industry Forum, and former Chair of the Horticulture Council Market Access Committee.
