Women from across Darwin came together this week for the second Pave the Way mentoring walk amongst the beautiful surroundings of the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens.

While the group was small, it was full of energy, positivity, and meaningful conversation. Participants spent the morning sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, building connections, and supporting one another in their personal and professional journeys.

Pave the Way was created to provide a simple and accessible way for women to connect through mentoring. Whether attending as a mentor, a mentee, or simply someone looking to expand their network and learn from others, the walks create space for genuine conversations and shared learning.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this month’s walk. We look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces as the Pave the Way community continues to grow.
