Protecting your mental health… together
Life moves fast. Pressures pile up. Workloads grow, priorities compete, and change is constant. Over time, these challenges can take a toll on our mental wellbeing—no matter your role, experience, or background.
That’s why Anima Co. is excited to introduce “Mind Your Melon”, a new wellbeing initiative designed to help you build resilience, strengthen mental fitness, and navigate life’s ups and downs—both at work and at home.
Through practical training, supportive check-ins, and a safe space to connect, this program gives you the tools to protect your mental health… together.
What’s it all about?
“Mind Your Melon” combines:
- Interactive online training sessions delivered by trained psychologists from Healthy Minds.
- Regular online ‘check-in’ sessions designed to create safe, supportive spaces for open conversations and where people can share their own challenges and use the existing peer support network.
Together, these sessions aim to:
- Build everyday resilience and mental fitness.
- Help you recognise early signs of stress or declining mental health.
- Encourage proactive steps to maintain your wellbeing.
- Break down stigma and normalise conversations around mental health.
- Create a culture where it’s okay to talk about challenges and support one another.
This program is not a replacement for existing Employee Assistance Programs. Instead, it complements these programs by focusing on prevention, early awareness, and building long-term mental wellness.
Why join?
Because investing in your mental wellbeing matters. This is a chance to learn valuable, practical skills from experienced psychologists, connect with others, and be part of a positive shift in how we talk about and support mental health.
Whether you’re feeling on top of things or navigating challenges, this program is for you.
