At Anima Co., we are all about getting people into the workforce and into employment pipelines that lead to real jobs. This is important for so many reasons – Firstly, because people gain so much of their identity through their work. Secondly, we can retain skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable people in the sectors and locations that need them most. And, thirdly, it motivates and inspires people to pursue their passion.
Working with the Masters students at Charles Darwin University showed us firsthand how important this is. These students are nearing completion of their studies and they are looking for the next step in their careers. They are highly competent, professional, innovative, and creative individuals looking to progress into the workforce. At Anima Co., we are looking for ways to support them and to retain their skills in the areas where they are needed most.
