Women’s Leadership Network

The Women’s Leadership Network was founded in 2018 to inspire and support current and emerging female leaders in the Northern Territory. Through engaging events, mentoring, and skill-building sessions, the network helps women connect, grow, and share their leadership journeys.

During the year, through face-to-face and online sessions, participants hear from prominent leaders who share their experiences, challenges, and lessons learned. Sessions also include workshops on practical skills, which offer participants a taste of new tools they can explore further. We also run a series of events, including networking breakfasts, coffees, and dinners to encourage people to nurture and grow their personal and professional connections.

Since 2020, the network expanded to include a mentoring program, pairing experienced mentors with mentees for guidance, support, and personal growth. Many past mentees have gone on to become mentors themselves, highlighting the program’s lasting impact.

The network is open to women of all backgrounds, roles, and locations, with both online and face-to-face options. Whether you want to learn, connect, or be inspired, the Women’s Leadership Network provides you with the space and safety to grow as a person and as a leader.
